Love for You

So I like her, is that wrong? So I have the whole see don't touch policy, is that wrong as well? I told myself my emotions are dangerous, over and over again yet, a part of me is willing to risk it all to have her but the other part is saying it's too risky. What should I do? I'm lost once again.
